Investment Requirements

  • For-profit LLC, C-Corp or S-Corp

  • Founded less than 7 years ago

  • Majority of full-time employees based in Michigan

  • Investment match

Investment Size

  • $50,000 to $150,000 per transaction

  • $250,000 total per portfolio company
